jin’s hair looks like it has been cut shorter sometime between his vlive (in which he talked about not wanting his hair shorter and showing the hairdresser his fist so he would win against the hairdresser’s scissors in rock paper scissors) and the concert. so the only logical explanation i have for this is that jin’s hair stylist showed up to the make-up chair waving a piece of paper, beating jin’s rock. there is no other way jin would’ve let anyone touch his hair.
